UPDATE: We have central AC and we just installed an 8 person deluxe hot tub!! Welcome to our 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home nestled in Old Colorado City! This pet-friendly home offers comfortable space for your group. There are 4 bedrooms with queen beds, smart tv, and ample closet space. There is a "kids" room with a bunk bed-trundle and a bean bag that opens into a queen bed and a smart tv! There is a large deck and a large, fenced in yard. Located near many local attractions!. Veteran owned.
Good to know
The home features an open floor plan with lots of natural light. We just installed central AC and there are fans in each bedroom for the warm, summer months and central heat for the colder seasons. The lower level features a cozy space with a wood burning fireplace. Outside is a fenced in yard with a fire pit. Great for sitting around, looking at the night sky and eating s'mores. The wrap-around deck is furnished and features a 250,000BTU bar-height propane fire pit on the larger deck. There is a one car garage, a second space beside the garage, and a 4-vehicle carport for use. There is a full laundry room for guest use as well. There are 2 pack-n-plays, convertible high chairs and pet dishes for use. A view of the Garden of the Gods can be seen from the upper level living room window and the Pikes Peak range can be seen from every bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked and should not leave anything for wanting. We will also boast of our well stocked coffee station, gift basket of snacks and drinks in the refrigerator for the guests to indulge in, all complimentary. Should you have personal needs, please check the bathrooms and linen closet for any hygiene needs and baby items. Lastly, there are books, crafts and games for the family and kids to play with during your stay.

Guest Access
Guests have full use of the property. The only space not available at the moment is the small room below the large deck. But we have great plans for that space in the future!
